Your safety on the mountain is our priority. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our hiking guides, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or booking a guided trek, you agree to the practices described here.
When you book a hiking route, join a guided summit trail or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number and fitness level. We also gather technical data like your browser type and pages you visit, so we can improve the site and provide better route recommendations for different hiking abilities.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. We only retain what's necessary for your hikes, for as long as needed, and we never share your personal details with third parties.
We use cookies to remember your trail preferences and understand how hikers navigate our site. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings at any time.
You can request to see, update or delete the personal information we hold about you whenever you like. Just reach out through our contact page and we'll assist you right away.
